WITHOUT Annual Telephone Support:

Call out charge for all site visits: £150 + VAT - Includes 1st hour on-site + up to 1 hour travel
Standard rate for additional on-site labour, in-house work and telephone support: £80 / Hour
Standard rate for additional travel time to/from site: £36 / Hour

WITH Annual Telephone Support:

Call out charge for all site visits: £90 + VAT - Includes 1st hour on-site + up to 1 hour travel
Standard rate for additional on-site labour and in-house work: £60 / Hour
Standard rate for additional travel time to/from site: £36 / Hour

Annual Telephone Support:
1 - 3 PCs - £125
4 - 6 PCs - £200
7 - 15 PCs - £275
16 - 30 PCs - £350
31 - 50 PCs - £500

IVR Installation, Development and Programming
From £450 / Day

NOTE: All prices and rate are subject to VAT. A late payment surcharge will be applied where payment is not received within 30 days of date of invoice. Please see Terms and conditions (below) for details.
