The iTAMS software itself can be provided and installed on your own hardware if required.

The iTAMS Software Package includes the complete iTAMS development system as standard which can be used to modify and further develop the standard applications provided with the iTAMS software - or to develop new applications.

Usually, training would be expected to be provided with the software, depending on the clients requirements. This can be done on site and tailored to address your particular needs.

iTAMS uses standard audio file formats (8k / 16 bit PCM wav format) allowing audio data to be imported or exported to or from the  system easily.

In addition, the system can generate emails and perform various file related functions within the IVR scripts for great flexibility in operation.
