iTAMS IVR Example Application: InfoLine
InfoLine Overview:
InfoLine is a starting point for many clients.
It can provide a single message with no menu or recording facility - or
a menu based system with up to 9 options and also record callers messages
and deliver them by email if required.
It is also possible to dial into the system and access messages with an
Access Code and Pin Number for security.
Most options can be easily configured and it is used for our own Demonstration
Line
All the prompts heard on the system can be customised or re-recorded as
required - and this is usually done by our clients themselves, although we
can provide professional 'Voice Talent' if required.
